Duck Latke with Sweet Fig Demi | Duck is Bruin’s favorite. I can’t argue with him. When it’s done right, the skin is crispy and the center is nice and pink. I can’t tell you how often I’ve been to a so called “nice” restaurant that charges $30+ for a piece of duck that apparently just landed from chernobyl since it’s nuked to oblivion and all you’re left with is a fatty, skin treat to chew on for eternity. It’s shocking really.
